Our network
CoheChange
International is a network of highly experienced coaches, facilitators,
consultants, and trainers who deliver transformation and complex change
programs in international contexts. We are from a variety of cultures, speak
multiple languages and, as a group, have worked in most Eastern and Western
European
countries, China, India, most of Latin America, the USA and Canada.
Our network serves as a business platform to identify the best match for
clients' specific requirements. It also offers the benefit of pooled resources
to meet clients’ needs in a broader way. But our network is also a real and thriving
community, where people learn, share and grow together. This lets us leverage
and deliver rapid and professional services for our clients.
Our mission
In an increasingly interconnected world, characterized by rapid
and dynamic change, organizations need to constantly adapt to new pressures and
opportunities on a global scale. The challenge for them is to do so in an
ethical and sustainable way. Effective leaders must continually
seek new responses to these challenges while still focusing on the people who are at
the heart of what makes their companies successful.
As a network of
international professionals, we are experiencing the same challenges, and are finding (and creating) new ways to address them. We
help our clients develop new leadership skills and styles, enriching and
adapting strategies at the executive level and throughout their
organization.
