CoheChange is a coaching, consulting and training firm based in Paris that has been created by Agnès van Rhijn in January 2007.

Agnès van Rhijn can best be described as a development booster. She is pragmatic and solutions oriented and helps her clients transform their goals into tangible results. She approaches change from the viewpoint of Emotional Intelligence, creativity, and a positive and cooperative attitude, yet without fear of facing problems.
She has over twenty five years of experience in the consulting field (Heidrick & Struggles, Capgemini Consulting, etc.), in administration, human resources, finance and events management. She has been in charge of major internal projects (organisation, restructuring and creation of Internet portals) and has also designed, organised and facilitated internal seminars on an international scale. Building her experience and her knowledge by placing people at the heart of her activities she has acquired a solid understanding of the problems that are specific to international, multi-cultural environments and to businesses that are undergoing a process of change.
She is a certified Master in Business Coaching, trained by BCI (The Behavioral Coaching Institute) and by CTI (The Coaches Training Institute ). She is a Master practitionner in NLP and a Brand strategist certified by Reach Communications. She also works with Appreciative Inquiry (AI), which a new, high-performance approach to team-building and organisational development.
Her combined French / Dutch education and her international experience, enables her to work in French, English and Dutch. She offers her services worldwide either in person, by telephone or remotely using internet tools.
She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and complies with its code of ethics. She also is the founder of the CoheChange International network and a member of:
